Ca fait 13 mois que la HAT est au pouvoir et presque 18 mois de crise et les politiques ne sont pas encore près de trouver une solution. Il n’a pas fallu 8 mois pour écarter Ratsiraka en 2001, moins de 3 mois pour éjecter Ravalomanana en 2009, alors si toutes les autres forces politiques malgaches n’ont pas réussi à exterminer TGV en 13 mois et ce malgré les querelles et rivalités internes des pro-HAT, malgré les prises de décisions plus risibles que celles de Ravalomanana, j’aurais plié bagage à leur place (à la place des anti-HAT) et assumé mon incompétence.
Et si on abandonne la démocratie et qu’on invente un nouveau type de régime, que l’on nommerait mathocratie ou computocratie? L’idée est de donner aux mathématiciens (lire informaticiens) le soin de créer un programme informatique qui va diriger le pays, prendre les décisions et résoudre les problèmes. Quand vous saurez que les meilleures intelligences humaines n’arrivent pas à battre un programme informatique dans un domaine aussi simple qu’un jeu d’échec, et que Andry Nirina Rajoelina, Marc Ravalomanana ne sont pas comparables à Kasparov ou Vladimir Kramnik dans leurs domaines respectifs, vous serez peut-être convaincu qu’une intelligence artificielle fera un moindre mal au pays, et on pourra débugger si besoin. Plus jamais d’élection, plus de famenoam-paosy, plus de tolona, jamais plus.
