Et si … passerelle unique
J’ai eu une idée de génie que je viens de soumettre aux membres des institutions du Congrès de la Transition (CT) et du Conseil Supérieur de la Transition (CST). Le but est de rehausser l’image de la démocratie à Madagascar, de favoriser un état de droit, d’améliorer la transparence, et aussi dans une moindre mesure, de limiter le budget des institutions de l’Exécutif en matière de dépense en télécommunications.
Ce projet j’ai nommé passerelle unique. Il s’agit de la mise en place d’une passerelle unique de toutes les télécommunications sortantes depuis et entrantes vers les membres de l’Exécutif. Autrement dit, tout appel téléphonique, tout SMS professionnel ou privé, tout site visité, tout téléchargement de quelque nature que ce soit, effectués par les membres des institutions de l’Exécutif vont systématiquement transiter dans un système informatique permettant aux institutions de contrôle CT et CST de les voir en toute transparence. La gestion de ce système informatique sera octroyée à une société privée indépendante, dont le CEO s’appelle Julian Assange. Cette société, dénommée WikiLeaks, est réputée mondialement et spécialisée dans les analyses, le filtrage et la diffusion des informations croustillantes à propos des modes de gouvernements.
Si le CT et le CST approuvent cette idée, toute communication du genre “Ne te hâtes pas de rentrer mon coeur“, jusqu’au genre “Allo Baomba, trouves un moyen de fermer la gueule à ce dôty de merde, et arranges-toi pour t’occuper d’un autre dénommé Jentl” tombera non cryptée dans les mains de WikiLeaks, et un rapport journalier sera transmis aux membres du CT et du CST, ainsi qu’au grand public.
Si par hasard, vous ayez des connaissances, persuadez-les de voter pour cette loi qui révolutionnera le mode de communication et de télécommunication dans notre pays.

Et si … internet était l’image de la démocratie.
Plus de deux millions de Malgaches auraient voté OUI lors du dernier référendum organisé unilatéralement par Andry Nirina Rajoelina et consorts. Auraient? Moi j’écrirais ONT, car, quoique les idées de détournements de vote ou de vol de cailloux énoncées par les partisans des 3 mouvances et de ceux qui ont fait voter NON soient indéniables, il est d’autant indéniable l’improbabilité que de telles magouilles aient pu faire gonfler le chiffre à deux millions six cent cinquante sept mille neuf cent soixante deux.
Peut-être vaticinerai-je plus tard sur l’avenir du pays et sur ce que je pense être une énième erreur de l’opposition à avoir prôné l’abstentionl’abstinence.
Pour aujourd’hui, je me contenterai de rapporter la popularité de nos politiciens sur … facebook. J’ai choisi facebook car c’est le site internet le plus connu pour voter en faveur des personnalités de qui on est sympathisants, et sur facebook au moins, je n’ai pas entendu de membres qui refusent d’apposer leurs consentement/signature, le célèbre J’aime, sous prétexte que le système va à coup sur voler leur caillou.
J’ai ajouté deux artistes sur la liste, des artistes vierges politiquement, et ils sont là en tant qu’intrus. Donc, sans plus attendre, voici la popularité de nos politiciens, par ordre croissant, statistiques relevés le dimanche 12 décembre 2010 à 14 heures 40.

William et Catherine.
Tu me manques, Catherine.
Je ressens encore ton odeur quand je m’endors seul sur ce lit, froid. Il est trop grand sans toi. Je me souviens des moindres détails de tes manies. Comme quand tu me caresses la tête alors que tu me tournes le dos. Je ressens assez souvent la saveur de ta langue dans ma bouche.
Tu me manques, Catherine.
Ta façon de tenir mes deux joues à quelques secondes d’atteindre le point culminant du plaisir, tu es la seule à faire comme ça, tu sais. Maintenant que tu n’es plus là, aucun plaisir ne me donne envie…

Je n’ai pas ri un seul instant depuis que tu es partie. Tes blagues me manquent, certaines sont débiles, certaines me rendent mort de rire, certaines ne sont pas assez amusantes, mais je les aime toutes. Et je t’aime. A chaque fois que je vois un cortège, je me rappelle de notre mariage, quand tu as écrit sur le vitre arrière de notre limousine les lettres WC, pour William et Catherine, juste pour m’embêter.
Tu me manques, Catherine, je ne suis plus le même Willy depuis que tu n’es plus là.
Tu es la seule qui puisse me comprendre, et tolérer mon tempérament. Tu es la seule qui sache à quel moment je commence à être hors de moi, et à chaque fois, tu arrives à me calmer au moment qu’il faut. Maintenant que tu n’est plus là, je n’arrive plus à vivre. Je me sens trop seul dans un monde de fous.
Pourquoi les gens doivent-ils mourir un jour? Pourquoi certains meurent jeunes? Pourquoi avions-nous disputé dans le garage, ce jour-là? Pourquoi j’avais un tournevis dans ma main à ce moment précis où tout a basculé?
Tu sais, Catherine, planter ce tournevis dans ton oeil gauche était un geste machinal causé par la colère et notre dispute. Je ne voulais pas du tout te faire du mal, et étant hors de moi, je ne mesurais pas la portée ni la conséquence de mes actes. Et puis, écraser ta tête avec cet enclume était tout ce que je trouvais sur le moment pour achever tes souffrances. Pourquoi ne peut-on pas retourner en arrière comme dans les jeux et fictions? Un retour arrière de 15 secondes aurait suffi.
Tu me manques.
